The Hybrid is the most exciting group fitness program in Toronto.
With a strong emphasis on training innovation and customer service - it’s no wonder the program maintains an 80% customer retention rate. It’s the only program in Toronto that offers both Womens Only, and Mens’ classes, and runs separate classes for beginner and experienced participants.
On any given day participants can be seen running to catch a football, jumping over picnic tables, or competing in the tug of war! This program transforms exercise into play!

Best Body Bootcamp has a well credentialed team of instructors, with lots of industry experience.
The main flaw in their program is that it lumps everyone into the same class. This makes it difficult to consistently address the unique needs of beginners vs. experienced participants. Another drawback - specifically for male participants - is that they don’t offer a Mens program. This can make it difficult for some men to progress beyond a certain level of conditioning.
Their missed class policy is really strict, making it tough for people with unpredictable work schedules to get the value they’re paying for. Former participants have cited this as an area of dissatisfaction.

Booty Camp Fitness runs a typical aerobics-based group fitness program.
The company claims that it’s program is “designed to help women feel good about their bodies…”, but they use misleading body transformation goals to lure participants into registering. Experienced fitness professionals know that it is [impossible] to accurately predict how many pounds, or inches of fat an individual can lose by participating in any fitness program.
Perhaps the most alarming thing about this company, is their instructor criteria. They don’t seem to place a high value on education and coaching experience.
