1. Who is the Hybrid program geared towards?
The Hybrid welcomes anyone who wants to turn fitness into an adventure! We’ve developed two different classes, each catering to the unique needs of two distinct types of participants. Hybrid Crew is a great starting point for those who are working towards making fitness part of their lifestyle. Hybrid Elite offers an advanced training curriculum for seasoned fitness enthusiasts, and recreational or high performance athletes.
2. Why do you only offer (8) week programs?
Our experience has shown that most participants thrive in a exercise program that allows gradual progression. We believe that training 1-3x week over 8 weeks, is superior to training 3-5x week over a shorter period of time.
3. Can I still join if the training cycle has already begun?
Yes! - If there is an empty space in a particular class, you are more than welcome to join. Fees are pro-rated according to the number of classes remaining in the cycle.
4. What happens if it rains?
We will never train in the rain. In the event an outdoor field cannot support a safe and productive workout, the class will be re-scheduled or participants will be offered “make-up” spots in other scheduled classes. In the Hybrid Elite program, participants have access to our indoor facility year round. This makes the program “weather proof”!
5. What happens if I miss a class?
You won’t get a call from the school secretary! Participants can make up any missed classes on another day, within an 8 week time frame.
6. Do I need to bring any equipment to class?
No. We invest heavily in performance grade training equipment - so that you can have the most dynamic experience possible. Just show up with a positive attitude, and we’ll take care of the rest!
7. How qualified are your instructors?
All our instructors hold nationally recognized training certifications, and have been recruited for their own unique blend of athletic and coaching experience. In addition to their pre-existing certification and experience, each instructor must complete our Hybrid Instructor Training Program, and attend regular professional development clinics.
8. How long do people typically participate in your programs?
The majority of our participants train with us year round. In fact, some haven’t missed a single class in (2) years! We are very proud to offer programming that keeps our clients energized and constantly improving.
